  • For services that are provided monthly, choose the month you wish to engage in the workshop, course or certification.
  • If invoice is to be paid by school district complete the next section.
  • If paying by check, please make check payable to Southeast Reading Center, LLC and mail to 5959 Shallowford Road, Suite 2053, Chattanooga, TN 37421. If it is your desire to pay by credit card, you will receive an email with a secured link to our service provider following the receipt of this registration form. A 3.6% convenience fee will be applied except for American Express (AmEx). If using AmEx as your payment method, a 3.85% charge will be applied.
  • If paying by PO, the number and AP Agent Name and contact information is required two weeks prior to the event to reserve your seat in the workshop.

The International Dyslexia Association, Inc. (IDA) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) charity, organized and operated to provide advocacy, resources and services to teaching professionals, advocates and individuals and families impacted by dyslexia and other related learning differences.

Tennessee Center for Study and Treatment of Dyslexia
